Follow school rules for homework and disclose AI use when required.
Do not use AI companions as the main support for loneliness, fear, self-harm, or relationship problems.
Check important answers with a person or trusted source.
Show an adult if AI content becomes sexual, threatening, self-harm related, or secretive.
