So we just moved into our new home and we knew we had a lot of stuff but didn't really realize just how much stuff we had until we tried to unpack it all, it seemed endless!
I decided that 2017 is going to be different in a lot of aspects, i'm going to try to de-clutter my house step by step, so where better to start than my wardrobe, sigh.
Let me tell you this was so much harder than I thought! I have developed emotional attachments to individual pieces in my wardrobe I didn't think I had.
sounds silly, I know.
So I did a little research and came across project 333
This is a minimalist fashion challenge where you dress with 33 items or less for 3 months.
To be honest when I first read the challenge, I did not think I could do it but thought what the heck, I need to de-clutter and I love a good challenge.
So I did it.
I am on day 3 right now and I can honestly say it has changed my daily routine, usually I spend around 10 minutes just figuring out what to wear. Now I open my cupboard and it is so simple to pick out what to wear, which is a plus in my books as the less time I spend getting ready in the morning the better as I have a little girl and my days are busy.
I have also started doing this project on my daughters closet and is even harder , because I get really emotionally attached to her cute clothes. I will do an update on her wardrobe once i have completed it. But for now here is my wardrobe....
